What Is the Analytics Dashboard?
The Analytics Dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your Instagram and TikTok profiles, all in one place. No more jumping between apps to check your numbers.
Add any public profile, and Sandman pulls in key metrics, engagement data, and your latest posts automatically. It's the bird's-eye view every creator and agency needs to make smarter content decisions.
How to Use It
Navigate to Analytics from the top navigation bar.
Select a platform, Instagram or TikTok from the dropdown.
Enter the username (without the @) and click Add Profile.
Sandman fetches the profile data in the background. You'll see a "Fetching data" badge while it's processing.
Once ready, the full profile card appears with all your metrics, charts, and recent posts.

- Follow Ratio (followers-to-following ratio)
- Engagement Rate (average post engagement relative to followers)
- Post Engagement bar chart (likes vs. comments across your latest posts)
- Engagement Breakdown pie chart (likes, comments, views distribution)
- Quick stats: total likes, total comments, video views, and average engagement per post
- Expandable list of recent posts with individual engagement metrics and direct links
TikTok Metrics
What you get for TikTok
- Followers, Following, and Videos count
- Total Hearts (total likes across all your videos)
- Average Views per Video
- Engagement Rate (total hearts relative to followers)
- Post Engagement bar chart (likes vs. comments per video)
- Engagement Breakdown pie chart (likes, comments, views, shares)
- Quick stats: total likes, total comments, total views, total shares, and average engagement
- Expandable list of recent videos with likes, comments, views, shares, and direct links
Actions You Can Take
Refresh
Re-fetch the latest data for any profile at any time.
Delete
Remove a profile from your tracking list.
Expand Posts
Click "Recent Posts" to see individual post performance with relative engagement bars.

The profile count is shown at the top of the Analytics page as "X / Y profiles" so you always know how many slots you have left.
Rate Limits
To ensure fair usage, analytics API calls are rate-limited to 2 requests per minute and 10 requests per hour per user. This applies to both adding new profiles and refreshing existing ones. If you hit the limit, just wait a minute and try again.
